Life as I know it

So we went to the Southern Field Days today, the other women in my office and I. It's basically a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge three-day farm-fest. Tractors, boats, sheep, alpaca .... anything and everything farming. I'd never been to one. And now that I have been, I don't ever need to go again.
Don't get me wrong it was ... interesting. I'm just not a farming girl. I did like the alpacas though.
On the way home, of course, two of us got lost. First, we turned the wrong way out of the driveway of M2 (there are three of us whose names start with M), who lives not far from the field days.
Suddenly, there was a gravel road where we did not expect to see a gravel road. We were going in the opposite direction from what we thought. Then, of course, we went back to town the wrong way. Got there _ eventually.
It sure beat working, anyway.

And that was the highlight of my Friday. Getting lost and seeing alpacas.
That's not a bad day ...

Yes!

I remembered the name of my blog. My poor, sad, dusty blog! Yay!
